Role:
To provide legal expertise in the Policy & Law Division of the Ministry, supporting the implementation and review of environmental and forestry laws, drafting policy documents, and offering legal counsel on relevant issues.
Minimum Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent from a recognized university/institute approved by the Bar Council of India.
- Must be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India or any State Bar Council under the provisions of The Advocates Act, 1961.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant legal experience.
Responsibilities:
- Legal research and drafting.
- Assisting in the development and review of environmental and forestry-related policies and laws.
- Providing legal counsel on various policy-related issues.

Policy & Law Division, Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, India.

Salary:
₹40,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month (consolidated remuneration).
