Minimum Eligibility:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Outsourcing Agreements.
- Regulatory compliance expertise with a focus on RBI Guidelines for financial institutions.
- Proven track record in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT outsourcing agreements.
- In-depth understanding of RBI compliance requirements.
