Role:
The Legal Officer will be responsible for managing legal affairs at Namdev Finvest’s Shajapur branch. This includes ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice to management, and representing the company in legal proceedings as necessary.
Minimum Eligibility:
- Preferred candidates with a background in Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs).
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Experience: 6 months to 3 years in a legal role.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and providing guidance on legal matters.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Handling legal disputes and coordinating with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
