Job Title: Manager (Legal)

Position / Job Type: Full-time

Role: The Manager (Legal) will be responsible for overseeing the legal functions of NAFED, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, providing legal advice to the organization, and managing legal risks.

Minimum Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) recognized by the Bar Council of India.
Maximum age limit: 30 years.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel and guidance on matters affecting the organization.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Represent NAFED in legal proceedings as required.
Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with the organization’s operations.

Job Location: NAFED House, Siddhartha Enclave, Ring Road, Ashram Chowk, New Delhi-110014.

Salary: Pay Scale: INR 67,700 – 2,09,200 per month.
