- Experience in drafting wholesale lending documents is essential.
- Proficiency in contract management and legal documentation.
- Ability to draft, review, and manage agreements and contracts.
- Capability to multitask and work within tight timelines.
- Preferred experience in NBFCs, banks, or financial institutions.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance of complex commercial lending and other legal documents.
- Monitoring pre- and post-conditions outlined in lending documents.
- Coordinating the execution of legal documents with various departments.
- Providing legal guidance to ensure daily operations align with legal requirements and best practices.
