Job Title: Legal Compliance Associate
Position / Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid
Role: As a Legal Compliance Associate, you will engage in various legal compliance activities within a dynamic law firm environment.
Minimum Eligibility:
- Recent graduate or final year student in Law (LLB).
- Strong interest in legal compliance and corporate law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal compliance audits and reviews.
- Assist in the implementation and testing of legal compliance tools.
- Support litigation and contract reviews.
- Provide liaison and legal opinion services.
- Participate in internal audits and due diligence processes.
- Handle Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) compliance.
Job Location: Delhi (Hybrid work model with flexibility to work from home and at the office)
