Role:
The Legal Officer will handle legal matters, provide legal advice, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Minimum Eligibility:
- Education:
- LL.B. (Bachelor’s degree in Law) with six years of experience in legal matters, OR
- LL.M. (Master’s degree in Law) with five years of experience in legal matters.
- Age Limit: Maximum 56 years.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and interpretation of laws.
- Handle legal cases and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Assist in drafting legal documents and policies.
- Support the Commission in legal proceedings and dispute resolution.
