Job Title: Associate, Senior Associate, Principal Associate, Associate Partner, Counsel

Position / Job Type: Full-Time

Role: The selected candidates will be integral members of the Dispute Resolution or Capital Markets & Securities Law teams, handling complex legal matters, providing strategic advice, and representing clients in various legal proceedings.

Minimum Eligibility:

  • Dispute Resolution (New Delhi):
    • Associates: 4+ years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
    • Senior Associates: 5+ years PQE
    • Principal Associates: 7+ years PQE
  • Capital Markets & Securities Law (Bengaluru, Mumbai, New Delhi):
    • Associate Partner & Counsel: 8+ years PQE
    • Principal Associate: 6-8 years PQE
    • Senior Associate: 3-6 years PQE
    • Associate: 2-3 years PQE

Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal counsel and representation in Dispute Resolution or Capital Markets & Securities Law matters.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and regulatory filings.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their legal needs and objectives.
  • Representing clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and regulatory hearings.
  • Staying updated on legal developments and industry trends relevant to the practice area.
