Role:

As an Associate specializing in Arbitration and Commercial Litigation, the candidate will be responsible for handling domestic and international arbitration cases, as well as commercial litigation matters. This includes drafting legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, and effectively communicating with clients and team members. The role demands the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.

Minimum Eligibility:

• 2-4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in domestic and international arbitration and commercial litigation.
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Prior experience at a law firm or litigation practice is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and represent clients in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
• Handle commercial litigation cases across various judicial forums.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing them with clear and concise legal advice.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
