Job Title: Associate – Capital Markets

Role: As an Associate in the Capital Markets team, the candidate will be responsible for handling transactions related to capital markets, including initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on public offerings (FPOs), rights issues, debt offerings, and other securities-related matters. The role involves drafting and reviewing offer documents, liaising with regulatory authorities, conducting due diligence, and advising clients on compliance with securities laws.

Minimum Eligibility:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in capital markets law.
• Strong understanding of securities regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
