Role: The selected candidate will be responsible for handling general corporate work, including drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and corporate documents. They will represent clients in corporate litigation matters, conduct legal research, provide legal opinions, assist senior lawyers in case preparation and court appearances, manage client interactions, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Eligibility:
- Experience Required: 2-3 years

Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and corporate documents
- Representing clients in corporate litigation and NCLT matters

- Managing client interactions and maintaining strong client relationships
