Position / Vacancies:

• Advocate — Title Search & Property Law
• Experience: 1.5–2 years

Eligibility Criteria / Minimum Qualifications:

• 1.5–2 years’ hands-on experience in property title search (TSR) and examination.
• Strong understanding of property law, title verification procedures, and banking & finance law.
• Excellent legal research, analytical and drafting skills.
• Good communication skills for client and internal coordination.
• Enrolled as an advocate with the relevant State Bar Council (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough Title Searches (TSR) and examine property documents.
• Identify and analyse title issues, defects, encumbrances, liens, claims and other risks.
• Prepare detailed Title Search Reports with clear analysis and conclusions.
• Verify ownership, chain of title and completeness of documentation.
• Liaise with clients, registries, banks and other stakeholders to clear title issues.
• Assist in resolving title defects and coordinate follow-up actions as required.
• Support related banking/finance documentation and due-diligence tasks.
