Position / Vacancies:

  • Advocate — Civil & Commercial Litigation (IBC Focus)
  • Number of Positions: 2

Eligibility Criteria:

  • LL.B. from a recognized university and enrolled with the Bar Council
  • 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in civil and commercial litigation
  • Mandatory experience in IBC matters before the NCLT / NCLAT
  • Strong drafting, research, and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced litigation environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients before NCLT, NCLAT, Delhi High Court, and Supreme Court
  • Draft pleadings, petitions, and applications in insolvency and commercial disputes
  • Conduct legal research and assist in case preparation and strategy formulation
  • Liaise with clients, counsels, and external stakeholders for case coordination
  • Support partners in managing ongoing litigation portfolios
