Position / Vacancies:

Analyst (Compliance Review) – Legal

Eligibility Criteria:

LL.B. degree from a recognised university
Qualified Company Secretary (CS)
Strong knowledge of compliance and legal frameworks across Labour, HSE, Admin, Secretarial, Finance, and sector-specific laws
Experience in compliance audits, reviews, or risk assessments preferred
Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct compliance risk assessments, reviews, and audits across various sectors
Develop compliance checklists, policies, SOPs, and training manuals
Support implementation and monitoring of compliance tools for clients
Track statutory and regulatory developments and maintain compliance documentation
Manage projects, handle client escalations, and act as SPOC for multiple clients
Prepare reports for senior management and clients
Collaborate with internal teams to manage multiple assignments
