Position / Vacancies:

  • Associate — Civil & Commercial Litigation and Arbitration

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 1–4 years’ litigation experience across Supreme Court, High Courts and Trial Courts
  • Prior exposure to civil and commercial disputes
  • Strong drafting, research and communication skills
  • Preference for candidates with government litigation experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft plaints, written statements, writ petitions, replies/counter affidavits, statements of claim/defence, rejoinders, etc.
  • Draft and vet legal notices, settlement agreements, consent terms and related documents
  • Provide legal opinions and attend client meetings
  • Appear in court and before tribunals (Supreme Court, High Courts, Trial Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, NCLT)
  • Conduct legal research and support case preparation

Mode / Work Environment:
In-office / court-attendance as required

Salary / Compensation:
Commensurate with experience and skills (aligned with industry standards)
