Position / Vacancies:
- Associate Corporate Counsel (Fixed Term: 3 Years)
- Experience: 3–5 years PQE
Eligibility Criteria:
- LL.B. (undergraduate law degree) from a recognised Indian university.
- Associate Member (ACS) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with valid membership.
- 3+ years of post-qualification legal experience as a practicing lawyer or in-house counsel in a reputed firm or corporate legal department.
- Experience in client advisory, commercial contracting, and negotiation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and counsel on a broad range of matters, including intellectual property, digital media, e-commerce marketplace, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage end-to-end drafting and negotiation of various commercial contracts, including procurement, sales, advertising agreements, MSAs, and NDAs.
- Advise on company secretarial and compliance matters in coordination with internal teams.
- Review business models, promotional material, and program constructs for compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Handle pre-litigation issues, risk assessments, and regulatory inquiries.
- Partner with legal and business teams to achieve operational and contractual excellence.
