Eligibility Criteria:
- Law degree: 3-year LLB or 5-year LLB (Hons) course.
- Experience: 0–2 years (fresh graduates welcome).
- Bar recognition (enrollment with the Bar Council) is mandatory.
- Languages: Fluency in Gujarati and English.
Key Responsibilities / Work Profile:
- Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal documents.
- Legal research and preparation of case briefs.
- Court appearances and assisting in hearings.
- Preparing and maintaining case files and summaries for litigation matters.
Duration / Commitment:
- Minimum expected engagement: 1 year.
- The firm is looking for a long-term associate able to work within the strict timings and demands of litigation practice.
