  • Senior Associate — PQE 3–5 years
  • Associate — PQE 0–3 years

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Senior Associate: 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience in dispute resolution/commercial litigation.
  • Associate: 0–3 years’ PQE (strong litigation internships and court exposure preferred).
  • Excellent drafting, research, courtroom exposure and advocacy support skills.
  • Strong analytical, client-facing and coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities (typical):

  • Assist and lead on commercial litigation, government & white-collar dispute matters.
  • Draft and vet pleadings, written submissions, applications and affidavits.
  • Conduct legal research, prepare case briefs and strategy notes.
  • Support senior counsel in hearings, client meetings and case strategy.
  • Liaise with clients, courts, regulators and external counsels; maintain organised case files.
