Position / Vacancies:

  • Commercial Lawyer / Legal Counsel – Contracts & Compliance
  • Experience: Minimum 6 Years (Post-Qualification)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • LL.B. or higher law degree from a reputed university with an excellent academic record.
  • Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience as a transactional/commercial attorney with a multinational company.
  • Proficient in MS Office; comfortable with modern legal technologies.
  • Experience with AI-driven legal tools, CLM platforms, or legal tech solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in international, multicultural business settings.
  • Exceptional organization, problem-solving, and client service orientation.
  • Experience mentoring or training junior lawyers/paralegals is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, negotiate, and review complex commercial contracts, including cross-border and multi-jurisdictional agreements.
  • Advise the company on diverse legal and compliance matters with sound commercial judgment.
  • Collaborate with the global legal team to enhance contract playbooks, negotiation strategies, and compliance processes.
  • Partner with business teams (Business Development, Client Solutions, and Support Functions) to ensure timely legal support.
  • Lead by example — ensuring adherence to the highest compliance and ethical standards.
  • Contribute to ongoing legal process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Manage escalations and support risk management initiatives.
