Position / Vacancies:

  • Executive (Compliance Review) – Legal

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Degree in Law (LL.B.) and qualified Company Secretary (CS).
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks under multiple laws — Labour, HSE, Admin, Secretarial, Finance, and sector-specific legislation.
  • Experience in compliance audits, risk reviews, or regulatory advisory preferred.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency with compliance tools and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct compliance risk assessments, reviews, and audits across various sectors.
  • Develop compliance manuals, checklists, SOPs, policies, and training modules.
  • Support implementation and monitoring of compliance tools for multiple clients.
  • Stay updated with statutory and regulatory changes and best practices.
  • Manage teams, handle client escalations, and act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC).
  • Prepare reports for senior management and client deliverables.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders for ongoing assignments.
