Position / Vacancy:
- Growth Partner (Associate)
- Experience: 1–4 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Full-time, offline role
Eligibility Criteria:
- LL.B. from a recognized and reputed university
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in corporate, litigation, or arbitration practice
- Candidates with a science background or analytical mindset preferred
- Excellent written communication and drafting skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using AI and modern legal tech tools
- Mumbai-based candidates or those willing to relocate preferred
Core Responsibilities:
- Regular appearances before Mumbai High Court, NCLT, and other tribunals
- Manage day-to-day legal and operational tasks efficiently
- Draft and review complex agreements, compliance documents, and tribunal applications
- Engage directly with clients for updates, advisories, and coordination
- Implement legal workflows, checklists, and SOPs for process optimization
- Collaborate with senior counsels and partners to ensure timely deliverables
- Use AI and CRM systems to automate legal processes and enhance research
Probationary Terms:
- Duration: 2 months (compulsory probation)
- Stipend: ₹25,000 per month (in-hand)
- Notice Period: 1–2 days during probation
- Leave Policy: No paid leaves; pay deducted for absences
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Post-Probation:
- Salary revision from the third month based on performance
- Performance-based incentives for confirmed associates
- Clear career growth path with potential for leadership roles and revenue sharing by Year 2–3
