- Junior Associate Advocate – Supreme Court Litigation
- Experience: 1–2 Years at the Bar
Eligibility Criteria:
- LL.B. from a recognized institution and enrollment with a State Bar Council.
- Must have cleared the All India Bar Examination (AIBE).
- 1–2 years of post-enrolment experience in litigation, preferably in the Supreme Court or High Court.
- Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and case preparation.
- Ability to assist in hearings, brief senior counsel, and manage filings.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in legal research and drafting petitions, SLPs, written submissions, and rejoinders.
- Attend court hearings and assist in case management.
- Coordinate with clients, clerks, and senior counsel for case preparation.
- Manage filings and ensure adherence to procedural and statutory timelines.
- Provide legal input and research support on matters before the Supreme Court and other forums.
