Eligibility Criteria:

  • Fresh graduates with a Diploma in Paralegal Practice (DIPP) along with graduation in any stream
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of tax, audit, and compliance procedures (preferred for Compliance Manager role)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client and witness interviews related to legal cases
  • Provide administrative, clerical, and technical support to attorneys — including document preparation, research, and case management
  • Maintain and update compliance sheets and firm data records
  • Track and record legal and tax amendments in the firm’s management software
  • Assist professionals during tax audits of HNIs, corporations, NGOs, and other entities
  • Support internal compliance monitoring and reporting functions

Salary / Compensation:

  • ₹35,000 per month (₹4,20,000 per annum), including Diwali bonus and performance-based ex-gratia bonuses,
    OR
  • 10% increment over your last drawn salary (based on review of your previous payslip)
