Eligibility Criteria:

  • Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute of repute
  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in legal work, IPR claim submission, and monitoring
  • Strong understanding of institutional legal processes and regulatory frameworks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle legal matters related to the Institute’s operations, contracts, and compliance
  • Manage and monitor IPR claims and related documentation
  • Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and MoUs
  • Provide legal advisory support to departments and research centers
  • Liaise with external counsel and government authorities when required
