Position / Vacancies:
- Legal Associate – Trade Mark & Intellectual Property Law
- Experience: 2–4 Years
Eligibility Criteria:
- LL.B. from a recognized university (mandatory)
- LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law (preferred)
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Trade Mark practice
- Proficiency in trade mark prosecution, opposition, and litigation procedures
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills
- Familiarity with IP registry procedures and compliance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and handle statutory filings efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day correspondences and client communications
- Draft and prepare documents for Trade Mark prosecution and litigation
- Attend show-cause hearings as required
- Provide advisory support on IP issues, focusing on statutory compliance
- Ensure adherence to statutory timelines, including timely filings and procedural responses
- Handle administrative and legal tasks supporting the firm’s IP operations
