Legal Associate – U.S. Law Projects

Eligibility Criteria:

Law graduate with strong analytical and drafting skills.
Resourceful and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to provide strategic insights and support on U.S. law–related projects.
Prior exposure to LPO or international legal work is an advantage (not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and document analysis for U.S. law matters.
Draft clear and precise legal documents, reports, and summaries.
Support litigation and immigration teams with case preparation and document review.
Assist in lease abstraction and other allied legal support projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
