Position / Vacancies:

  • Legal Counsel
  • Experience: 4–8 years post-qualification
  • Full-time Role

Eligibility Criteria:

  • LL.B. / LL.M. from a premier institution with strong academic credentials
  • 4–8 years of post-qualification experience in reputed corporations
  • Exposure to IT / ITES contracts and manufacturing environments highly desirable
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently with ownership and urgency

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely, practical legal advice to multiple departments (corporate, R&D, operations, marketing, etc.)
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize business contracts and agreements
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks through strategic action plans
  • Collaborate with external counsel and monitor their performance
  • Support on legal matters including corporate, competition, employment, real estate, data protection, consumer protection, EHS, and cybersecurity
  • Stay updated on evolving EV laws, regulations, and government policies
  • Contribute to development and implementation of internal legal systems and processes
