Position / Vacancies:

  • Legal Counsel / Manager – Legal & Compliance
  • Experience: 5–12 years

Eligibility Criteria:

  • LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognised institution.
  • 5–12 years’ post-qualification experience in contracts, compliance and dispute management.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience in EPC, infrastructure, consultancy, renewable energy or related sectors is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage litigation/arbitration and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts (EPC, consultancy agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, RFP responses, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (Contract Act, environmental & sectoral statutes, etc.).
  • Manage disputes, litigation and arbitration processes; coordinate with external counsel.
  • Support land acquisition, licensing, project documentation and contract lifecycle management.
  • Advise on corporate governance, risk mitigation, internal policies and compliance frameworks.
  • Build playbooks, standard templates and processes to streamline legal workflows.
