Position / Vacancies:

  • Legal Executive

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Degree in Law (LL.B. – 5-year integrated or 3-year course) from a reputed university.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Prior experience in arbitration, banking litigation, or financial recovery (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor arbitration proceedings for consumer finance matters.
  • Verify documents, prepare legal notices, and coordinate case filings.
  • Track progress of cases until award is obtained.
  • Follow up with external counsel and stakeholders for case updates.
  • Maintain and update MIS records on a daily basis.
  • Support the legal team in compliance and documentation tasks.
