Gurugram (Hybrid / Remote friendly — primarily online platform work)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 4th- or 5th-year law student from a reputed institute.
  • Bonus: completed or pursuing Company Secretary (CS) qualification.
  • Foundational understanding of Contract Law, Corporate Law and related core legal subjects.
  • Strong research, drafting and communication skills; interest in startups and health-tech a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support startup and corporate law matters (contracts, vendor agreements, platform terms, compliance).
  • Assist with legal due diligence, basic corporate documentation and regulatory awareness for digital health.
  • Draft and review simple agreements and correspondence under supervision.
  • Research laws/regulations relevant to telemedicine, e-pharmacy and digital healthcare as required.
  • Work closely with the in-house/outsourced legal team to provide practical solutions for product and business teams.
