Position / Vacancies:

  • Legal Intern (Full-Time Internship)
  • Duration: 6 months

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Law students (LL.B. / B.A. LL.B.) interested in corporate and technology law.
  • Available for a full-time 6-month on-site internship at the Noida office.
  • Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Interest in intellectual property, contracts, and compliance preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vetting and drafting of commercial and employment contracts.
  • Conducting compliance checks and maintaining documentation.
  • Assisting in DMCA takedowns and copyright-related matters.
  • Supporting HR and legal teams in employment contract handling.
  • Coordinating internal communications and maintaining legal records.
