Eligibility Criteria:
- Enrolled law students (3-year or 5-year LL.B. programmes).
- Strong legal research, drafting and communication skills.
- Keen interest in corporate law, commercial litigation, and white-collar crime matters.
- Professional attitude, ability to meet deadlines and work in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and prepare research notes and memos.
- Draft pleadings, briefs, contracts and advisory notes under supervision.
- Assist on real cases and filings, attend client calls/meetings as needed.
- Support the team in document review, case management and routine legal tasks.
- Maintain document hygiene and follow firm’s internal standards.
