Position / Vacancies:

- Duration: 4 weeks (extendable based on performance)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Enrolled in 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. program, OR final year of a 3-year LL.B. program.
- Punctual, disciplined, and committed.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
- Adaptable, eager to learn, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities (Indicative):
- Legal research, case law analysis and memo drafting.
- Drafting pleadings, agreements, and transaction documents.
- Assisting with due diligence, legal audits and client briefings.
- Supporting litigation/arbitration preparation and court/tribunal work.
- Any other tasks assigned by supervising lawyers.
Stipend:
INR 5,000 for the 4-week period
