Eligibility:

  • LL.B. or equivalent degree from a recognised law university
  • Eligible to enrol under NATS as a Graduate Apprentice
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
  • Review NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements
  • Conduct legal and regulatory research
  • Support compliance activities and legal operations
  • Liaise with internal teams on contracts, disputes, and IP matters
