Eligibility:

  • Final-year law students (5-year or 3-year LL.B.) or recent graduates (2025)
  • Strong academic background with interest in Competition/Antitrust Law
  • Prior internship experience in competition law preferred
  • Candidates with published articles/research papers/blogs preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting legal research on competition/antitrust laws and case precedents
  • Drafting legal documents (regulatory communications, statements of objections, writ petitions, replies, etc.)
  • Preparing notes, briefs, presentations, and thought leadership content
  • Assisting in merger control filings, cartel investigations, and abuse of dominance cases
  • Tracking regulatory developments and enforcement trends
  • Collaborating with team members on live matters and internal knowledge management
