Following its August 2024 acquisition of Skuad, Payoneer strengthened its global workforce management (WFM) capabilities across payroll, remote onboarding and regulatory compliance in 160+ countries.

About the Role:
This internship sits within Payoneer’s WFM business unit and supports the Skuad group entities across SEA, EMEA and LATAM. The intern will work on global corporate compliance, secretarial matters and governance frameworks, gaining exposure to multinational entity management and international expansion.

Key Responsibilities / Role:

  • Support the Group Corporate Secretary across global entities and expansion activities
  • Provide company secretarial guidance to Boards and Directors
  • Manage and review secretarial compliances under the Companies Act and relevant laws
  • Support Board/Committee compliance and statutory filings
  • Review agreements to track shareholder and corporate obligations
  • Interface with internal, statutory and cost auditors on compliance matters
  • Create and manage data rooms for diligence, including access control and coordination
  • Monitor regulatory changes and recommend actions
  • Establish and maintain corporate governance practices, standards and processes
