Jain & Partners — An IPR & Corporate Law consultancy advising domestic and foreign clients on Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, FEMA, Import–Export, Taxation and overseas investments. The team includes lawyers, company secretaries, CAs, MBAs and other professionals.

Location:
A-2/238, Sector 8, Rohini, New Delhi – 110085 (On-site)

Position / Vacancies:

• IPR Intern — Trademark Law (Immediate start)
• Duration: 2–3 months
• Office timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Practice Area:
Intellectual Property Rights (primary focus: Trademark Law)

Eligibility Criteria:

• 3rd, 4th or 5th year law students (integrated or 3-year course)
• Strong interest in trademark law and IP practice
• Good legal research, drafting and communication skills
• Punctual, disciplined, and able to work full-time on-site

Key Responsibilities (indicative):

• Conduct trademark searches and preliminary clearance checks
• Draft office actions, responses, affidavits, and simple IP filings
• Assist with prosecution, record-keeping, and docket management
• Support lawyers with research, client correspondence and documentation
