About the Internship:
Quant LegalTech is expanding its compliance and legal vertical and is offering an Assessment Legal Internship for law graduates passionate about compliance, regulatory frameworks and legal technology. Interns will work on live projects involving NBFCs, manufacturing units and other regulated entities.

Eligibility:
- Graduates of 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programmes
- Strong interest in financial regulation, compliance laws and corporate governance
- Exposure to regulations issued by SEBI, RBI or other regulators (academic or internship-based)
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret regulatory guidelines and assist in creating compliance checklists and trackers
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment
- Must be willing to work from the Bengaluru office
Key Responsibilities / Role:
- Review and assess legal and regulatory documents
- Assist with legal and regulatory research
- Support live compliance projects across regulated sectors (NBFCs, manufacturing, etc.)
- Interpret regulatory guidelines and help prepare internal checklists and compliance trackers
- Work closely with the compliance and product teams on ongoing assessments
