Eligibility:

  • Willingness to work on emerging fintech and AI-related legal issues

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and vet partner contracts
  • Conduct compliance checks relating to RBI regulations, DPDP Act, IT Act, and TRAI
  • Assist in refining customer grievance redressal processes
  • Conduct legal research on banking and related laws
  • Support the core Legal team on fintech and AI-related legal challenges
  • Assist with day-to-day legal and compliance assignments
