Eligibility:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed LL.B./LL.M.
  • Interest in corporate law, data privacy, and AI regulations
  • Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Basic knowledge of contracts and compliance processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Exposure to GDPR, DPDP Act, etc. (preferred)
  • Prior legal/compliance internship experience preferred
  • Interest in tech, AI, or startup ecosystem

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts (NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements)
  • Supporting compliance with legal and data protection regulations
  • Maintaining company policies, compliance trackers, and documentation
  • Conducting legal research (corporate, labor, data privacy laws)
  • Reviewing client agreements for AI/data annotation projects
  • Assisting in audits, due diligence, and risk assessments
  • Coordinating with HR, operations, and business teams
