Eligibility:

  • Law graduates (LL.B. / B.Com. LL.B. or equivalent) preferred
  • Basic knowledge of contract law, legal drafting, and corporate processes
  • Familiarity with CLM tools (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive learning mindset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes
  • Uploading, tracking, and executing agreements
  • Maintaining agreement trackers for compliance and follow-ups
  • Conducting legal research and preparing summaries
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders for agreements (NDAs, SLAs)
  • Supporting documentation and administrative legal tasks

  • 3–6 Months
