Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research on commercial contracts and regulatory matters
  • Assist in contract drafting and negotiations
  • Support preparation, review, and management of commercial contracts
  • Maintain and update compliance trackers
  • Assist in monitoring regulatory obligations
  • Support legal documentation and contract management processes
  • Monitor and manage legal repositories and records

Skills Required:

  • Strong legal research and analytical skills
  • Good drafting and communication abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Interest in corporate and commercial law
  • Proficiency in MS Office
