Eligibility Criteria:
- Law students in:
– 3rd year and above (5-year integrated course), or
– 2nd year and above (3-year LL.B. course) - Keen interest in litigation, research and procedural work
- Good legal-research and drafting skills; professional attitude and punctuality
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in legal research and prepare case briefs and notes
- Draft pleadings, affidavits and other routine court documents under supervision
- Attend court proceedings and client conferences at Allahabad courts
- Learn procedural aspects of High Court and District Court practice
- Maintain and organise case files and assist advocates with day-to-day court work
