About the Internship:
Black Suit is inviting applications from motivated and detail-oriented law students for a stipend-based Legal Internship. This role offers dual exposure to in-house legal functions and litigation, providing hands-on learning and professional mentorship in a dynamic legal environment.

Eligibility:
- Law students interested in corporate legal work and litigation
- Willingness to work on-site and engage in practical legal tasks
Key Responsibilities / Role:
- Assist in legal research, case law review, and statutory analysis
- Draft and review legal documents, notices, agreements, and pleadings
- Support the in-house legal team with compliance, documentation, and advisory work
- Assist advocates in litigation matters, including filings and case preparation
- Attend court proceedings and client meetings (as required)
- Maintain case records, files, and legal documentation
