Eligibility:

  • 2nd and 3rd year students of 3-year LL.B. course
  • 4th and final year students of 5-year integrated LL.B. course (including those entering 4th year)
  • LL.M. students
  • Must be from recognized institutions with exposure to Competition Law
  • Indian Nationals only
  • Students with confirmed placements are not eligible

Additional Requirements:

  • Recommendation from academic institution (mandatory)
  • Submission of a Statement of Purpose (~200 words)
  • Application in prescribed format only

Key Responsibilities / Exposure:

  • Assisting in competition law research and analysis
  • Working on anti-trust and regulatory issues
  • Supporting ongoing matters and policy-related work
  • Exposure to real-world competition law enforcement

Duration:

  • 1 Month (standard)
  • Extendable to 2–3 months with institutional recommendation
  • Starts from the 1st working day of the month

Stipend:

  • ₹15,000 per month (honorarium)

Certification:

  • Certificate awarded upon successful completion (subject to mentor approval)
