Position:

• Legal Intern – Corporate, Contracts & Regulatory Compliance

Eligibility:

• Students currently pursuing the 4th or 5th year of law
• Interest in in-house legal work
• Interest in corporate law, commercial contracts, startup legal matters, healthcare/pharma compliance, regulatory research, and due diligence

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with contract drafting, review, and documentation
• Support corporate governance and compliance activities
• Assist with startup legal matters, including fundraising, ESOP, and due diligence
• Support healthcare and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance
• Conduct legal research on corporate and regulatory matters
• Maintain compliance trackers and legal records
