Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in appearances before the Orissa High Court, Sessions Courts, Lower Courts, and Tribunals
  • Drafting pleadings, applications, and written submissions
  • Conducting legal research and procedural analysis
  • Preparing case notes and legal compilations
  • Briefing senior counsel on case matters
  • Assisting in client conferences and chamber work
  • Supporting litigation strategy and case management
