About the Internship:
EKI Energy Services Limited is seeking a highly motivated Legal Intern to assist its legal team with research, contract drafting, compliance analysis and regulatory work. This internship offers valuable exposure to corporate law, contracts and regulatory compliance in the sustainability and climate sector.
Eligibility:
- Law students
- Interest in corporate law, contracts and compliance matters
- Strong research and drafting skills preferred
Key Responsibilities / Role:
- Conduct legal research on corporate law, contracts and compliance-related topics
- Assist in drafting, reviewing and analysing agreements such as NDAs, service agreements and vendor contracts
- Assist in preparing legal opinions, reports and regulatory filings
- Monitor legal and regulatory updates relevant to the industry
- Support dispute resolution work, litigation research and policy drafting
- Maintain and organise legal documents, case files and records
- Assist with ad hoc legal tasks as required
