  • Support contract negotiations with franchisees, vendors and partners
  • Draft and review NDAs, SLAs, lease & supply agreements, and vendor contracts
  • Assist in preparing legal notices and drafting responses
  • Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, regulations and precedents
  • Help develop company policies, compliance manuals and SOPs
  • Coordinate with external counsel on litigation and regulatory matters
  • Maintain legal records, contract repositories and case trackers
  • Assist with compliance checks, internal audits, presentations, trackers and reports
