About the Internship:
In Time Tec is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support its legal team in corporate legal matters, contract management, compliance and legal research. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-time legal operations within a professional corporate environment.
Eligibility:
- Final-year law students enrolled in:
– 5-year LL.B., or
– 3-year LL.B., or
– LL.M. programme - Prior internship experience with law firms or corporate legal departments
- Exposure to contracts, corporate law, legal drafting, research, contract management and compliance
- Basic understanding of:
– Corporate governance
– Contract drafting and review
– Compliance matters - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Key Responsibilities / Role:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing and managing contracts and legal documents
- Support corporate legal matters and compliance-related activities
- Conduct legal research on corporate laws, regulations and governance matters
- Maintain legal records, agreements and documentation
- Support the legal team with day-to-day legal and administrative tasks
